ABOUT THE RESOURCE
In this video (7 min 43 sec), Ramune Petuchovaite, EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) Manager, explains how to build a work plan for a library project that aims to develop a new ICT-based library service. The video explains the relationship between project goals and objectives, and why a work plan is so important. Ramune uses the real-life example of an EIFL-PLIP-supported library project in Volta Region, Ghana, to show how tasks and activities are included in a work plan.
