In this video (10 min 14 sec) Ramune Petuchovaite, EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) Manager, explains how to develop a budget for a library project that aims to develop a new ICT-based library service. The video explains the key steps in developing a budget and the information you will need to estimate costs. Ramune uses the real-life example of a budget developed for an EIFL-PLIP-supported library project in the Volta Region of Ghana and discusses budget lines and estimates. The video concludes with some practical tips on how to prepare a budget.
