EIFL in Sudan

EIFL has been working in Sudan since 2003. We engaged with the Sudanese Research and Education Network SudREN (previously SUIN), and through this partnership, libraries in Sudan are providing access to a wide range of scholarly e-resources. In 2014 Sudanese Academic Libraries Consortium (SALC) has been established.

In Sudan, EIFL has supported open access awareness raising and advocacy workshops that have resulted in the launch of open access repositories.
