The video explains the key steps in developing a budget and the information you will need to estimate costs. Ramune uses the real-life example of a budget developed for an EIFL-PLIP-supported library project in the Volta Region of Ghana and discusses budget lines and estimates. The video concludes with some practical tips on how to prepare a budget.
