Over 80 people attended the 2015 EIFL General Assembly, which took place in Riga, Latvia, from 12 - 14 November.
The 2015 delegates to this truly international annual event came from over 40 countries, and included representatives of EIFL partner consortia and EIFL partner publishers, expert guest speakers and EIFL staff and board members.
In lively sessions, delegates debated the latest developments in electronic content delivery and discussed new trends and emerging issues of significance for libraries. Library consortia representatives shared their achievements over the last year, and took full advantage of opportunities to meet publishers and discuss e-resources during intensive ‘speed dating’ sessions.
The General Assembly is EIFL's major annual knowledge sharing and networking event for library professionals in developing and transition economy countries.
