The presenters are David Ball, UKeiG Information Group Chair, CILIP (UK) and Obrad Vučkovac, Library Manager, Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences (Serbia). Their input focuses on training students and researchers about publishing works openly and raising awareness about the advantages of open access; finding an open access publisher and a suitable repository; understanding funders' expectations and policies; securing funding for Article Processing Charges (APCs) where applicable, or getting APC discounts or waivers.
