The article presents a selection of EIFL-PLIP case studies of innovative library youth services from South Africa, Uganda, Kenya and Ghana. It discusses challenges facing innovative public libraries using information and communication technology (ICT), and the ways in which youth, communities, librarians and librarians benefit from innovative services.
