Showcasing the impact of the two-year Digital Learning @ Ghana Public Libraries project (2023–2025), this video (3 min 54 sec) features inspiring testimonies from students, teachers, parents and library staff who have benefited from the project in the Volta Region in Eastern Ghana.

Volta Regional Library is one of 15 regional and branch libraries from across Ghana participating in the project, which aims to equip students aged 12–18 with digital and information literacy skills, and introduce them to free and open online educational resources.

The project is implemented by EIFL, the Ghana Library Authority and TechSoup, with support from the Internet Society Foundation through its Strengthening Communities, Improving Lives and Livelihoods (SCILLS) grants programme.
