This colourful brochure showcases 10 public library services for farmers in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. The services include information and communication technology and e-literacy skills training for farmers, agricultural information services, and online markets for farm produce. They are linking farmers to government support, enabling farmers to apply for grants and subsidies, and helping farmers in distant rural areas to connect to each other and the wider world.

The libraries are all grantees of the EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP), or are winners of an EIFL Public Library Innovation Award.
