Recording (1 h 13 min) of a Virtual Learning Circle (online capacity-building event) for public and community librarians in Africa, on measuring outcomes of library services and programmes.

Building on ideas and tips provided in the EIFL-PLIP Small Bites training video on this topic, EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme Impact Manager, Ugne Lipeikaite, discusses how to measure the impact of different library services, using concrete examples. She concludes the training by leading an interactive group activity in which participants together draft a survey to collect data on outcomes of a library climate change education programme.

The Virtual Learning Circles are organized by AfLIA (African Library and Information Associations and Institutions) Public & Community Library Section and EIFL-PLIP. See the other two Virtual Learning Circles -
