This forum arises out of the ALMASI (Aligning and Mutualizing Nonprofit Open Access Publishing Services Internationally) project, which brings national, regional and institutional policymakers together from three regions: Africa, Latin America and Europe. EIFL is a partner in the ALMASI project.

There will also be forum meetings in English (3 March 2026) and French 5 March 2026).
