Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open Access Programme Manager, will speak at the International Conference: The library shaping tomorrow, organized by EIFL’s partner, The State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine (SSTL), to celebrate its 90th anniversary. 

The conference will bring together representatives of the scientific community, educational and government institutions, libraries, international partners and public organizations to discuss the role of research libraries in shaping the future of science, education, and open knowledge. SSTL manages the National Electronic Scientific Information System (URIS) and the Open Ukrainian Scientific Content Initiative, provides information support for scientific research, including access to international scientific resources for Ukrainian universities and research institutions, and  implements other important scientific and technological projects.
