At the invitation of the Office of the Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Development, Milica Ševkušić, EIFL Open Access Programme Project Coordinator, will visit the University of Banja Luka to deliver three workshops for librarians and journal editors, and to participate in a panel discussion on open science.

The workshops will address:

• New roles of libraries and librarians in academic institutions
• Academic libraries and open science
• Developing library services with limited resources
• Institutional repositories
• Open access sources of scholarly information
• Standards, guidelines, and educational materials for open science

The visit will conclude with a panel discussion on ‘Open Science: Practices, Challenges and Perspectives’. The panel features in the University of Banja Luka Science Conference.
