Interested in developing institutional and national Research Data Management (RDM) policies and strategies collaboratively and don’t know how to start?

Join this discussion with Basiru Adetomiwa, Faculty of Engineering Librarian (Scholarly Communication), Redeemers University Library, and his team of Advocates on Research Data Management in Nigeria who will share their success stories of developing institutional and national RDM policy templates.

Advocates on Research Data Management are a part of the LIBSENSE Early Career Researcher (ECR) Programme, a collaborative effort supported by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the AfricaConnect3 project. Focusing on best practices in RDM and research ethics, the program fosters the formation of ECR Advocacy Groups. These groups, composed of librarians, research administrators, and academics, collaborate to advance institutional and national RDM policies and practices.
