Romy Beard, EIFL Licensing Programme Manager, will be a panellist during the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Society for Scholarly Publishing, which brings together publishers, librarians, academics, funders, technologists, and others with a stake in how research is shared. The theme of the meeting is, ‘Charting a New Course from Chaos to Innovation’. 

On 24 May, 3.30-4.30pm ET, EIFL will take part in a panel titled, ‘Open Access without authors paying an APC? Case studies from publishers working with librarians and funders on new OA business models’, that will explore the role of librarians and funders in supporting new open access business models, financially and strategically.
