In developing countries in Asia, public libraries are improving lives in their communities. They are empowering women and girls; contributing to economic wellbeing; meeting farmers’ information needs, and contributing to digital inclusion and community health.

This colourful brochure incudes summaries and photographs, and showcases the implementation and impact of six innovative public library services. The libraries are all grantees of the EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP), or are winners of an EIFL Public Library Innovation Award.
