EIFL has renewed its agreement with Cambridge University Press for access to and publishing in Cambridge University Press journals for a further year, until December 2021.

Through the agreement, libraries in 11 EIFL countries can get free access to the Cambridge University Press Journals Collection of 404 titles.

Read & publish
The renewed agreement for 2021 also includes read & publish offers for institutions and/or consortia in Belarus, Botswana, Estonia, Fiji, Georgia, Ghana, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova and Palestine.
This means that if the consortium takes up the offer to pay a combined fee for accessing content and publishing, then authors from these countries will be able to publish their articles free of charge in 41 fully open access as well as 332 hybrid journals.
Consortia in Estonia and Lithuania have already signed a read & publish agreement with Cambridge University Press for 2020. Consortia in Ghana, Latvia, Moldova and Palestine plan to sign for 2021.
Waived Article Processing Charges (APCs)
The agreement also ensures waived APCs for corresponding authors from 18 EIFL partner countries when publishing in 41 Cambridge University Press fully open access journals:
