EIFL has renewed an agreement with Oxford University Press (OUP) for a further year until 31 December 2026. The agreement includes free and discounted access to journals and online products and waived article processing charges (APCs) when publishing in fully open access (Gold) journals.

Access to Journals and Online Products

Libraries from the following countries can subscribe to a full collection of 384 journals and a range of online products:

Free access to Oxford Journals and Online Products 

  • Congo (DR), Ethiopia, Ghana, Côte D’Ivoire, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lesotho, Malawi, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Palestine, Senegal, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Ukraine, Zambia

Access at discounted rates to Oxford Journals and Online Products 

  • Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Fiji, Georgia, Kenya, Kosovo, Moldova, Namibia, North Macedonia, Uzbekistan, Zimbabwe

Waived or discounted APCs 

Corresponding authors from 30 EIFL partner countries can publish accepted articles in OUP’s fully open access journals for free or with a discount.
