The majority of publishers allow the author’s final version of the article, also called the Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM), to be deposited in a repository and provide open access to it. This  maximizes an article's visibility and impact. In this webinar, EIFL Licensing Programme Manager Lorraine Estelle and EIFL Open Access Programme Manager Iryna Kuchma will present EIFL guideline for authors on obtaining and retaining the AAM of an article to make it available in a repository, provide an overview of EIFL partner publishers self-archiving policies and discuss workflows for populating institutional repositories with AAMs.
