EIFL will bring together representatives from the Kenya Library & Information Services Consortium (KLISC), Consortium for Tanzania Universities and Research Libraries (COTUL), Consortium of Uganda University Libraries (CUUL) to a final meeting to discuss the results of “Open access: Knowledge sharing and sustainable scholarly communication in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda” project funded by Spider, the Swedish Program for ICT in Developing Regions DSV, Department of Computer and System Sciences, Stockholm University.

We will share achievements and successes, discuss challenges and plan further open access advocacy and capacity building activities in East Africa.
