Romy Beard, EIFL Licensing Programme Manager, will co-host a break-out session at the 2019 annual European meeting of the International Coalition of Library Consortia (ICOLC). 

This is an international event that brings together library consortia from around the world. The 2019 gathering is hosted by the Luxembourg Consortium and the National Library of Luxembourg.

The break-out session will be co-hosted with Lia Ollandezou from the SELL (Southern European Libraries Link) Consortium, and will discuss SELL and EIFL approaches to the global transition of journals to open access through negotiations with publishers.
