Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open Access Programme Manager, will deliver a keynote address on open access and open scholarship for 35 librarians from CUUL (Consortium of Uganda University Libraries) member institutions attending a workshop titled ‘Building a Cohort of Open Scholarship Trainers to Boost Adoption of DataCite Open Infrastructure Services among the Consortium of Uganda University Libraries’. 

Kuchma will deliver her address virtually. CUUL is EIFL’s national library consortium partner in Uganda. The workshop is organized by Busitema University Library, and is funded by DataCite's Global AccessFund.
