Teresa Hackett, EIFL Copyright and Libraries Programme Manager, is an instructor on this five-day certificate course, titled Access to Knowledge in the Multilateral System.

The course, co-sponsored by PIJIP (the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property of the American University Washington College of Law) and the South Centre, is for Geneva delegates and representatives of non-governmental organizations who participate in the proceedings of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR). The course will cover legal issues being considered by the WIPO SCCR.
