Our repository webinar series continues with a second session, addressing repository workflows, day-to-day jobs of repository managers and accessibility issues in repositories. We will also answer two questions from our community: What kind of metrics can we use to track repository performance? How can we keep repository users engaged?

Our guest speaker, Ljiljana Radisavljevic, repository manager at the Institute for Vegetable Crops, Smederevska Palanka, Serbia, will talk about repository workflows and day-to-day jobs of a repository manager, covering training and advocacy, recruiting content, depositing, reviewing deposits and quality assurance (checking the quality of PDFs, returning submissions to authors to make improvements), and managing users and collections. Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open Access Programme Manager, will talk about repository metrics and Milica Ševkušić, EIFL Open Access Programme Project Coordinator, will address user engagement issues and will show the Sienna Accessibility Widget that has been implemented at more than 40 repositories in Serbia to improve accessibility for visually impaired users.
