INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Upon Acceptance the corresponding author will receive an Open Access Publication Charge email with instructions about how to submit any open access charges (including $0,00 orders). The email will be from publicationservices@copyright.com with the subject line ‘Please Submit Your Open Access Article Publication Charge(s)’. Authors must follow the link to complete the open access order process. The waiver or discount will automatically be applied in the payment system. Please complete the Open Access order/payment process within 48 hours of receipt of the email.

Authors must complete the Open Access order/payment process within 48 hours of receipt of the email. The discounted APC is charged on acceptance of the article and must be paid within 30 days by the author, funding agency or institution. Payment must be received in full for the article to be published.
