In developing countries in Latin America, public libraries are improving lives in their communities. They are empowering women, contributing to digital inclusion and meeting farmers’ information needs.

This colourful brochure incudes summaries and photographs, and showcases the implementation and impact of seven innovative public library services. The libraries are all grantees of the EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP), or are winners of an EIFL Public Library Innovation Award.
