This PolSCA (Polish Science Contact Agency) webinar focuses on current tendencies in scholarly publishing, and adds to public discussion stimulated by the recent Conclusions of the European Union Council and the Council’s calls for high-quality, transparent, open, trustworthy, and equitable scholarly publishing.

The webinar is titled Open Science in practice: publishing strategies & platforms. Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open Access Programme Manager, will join representatives of the European Commission and other European and Polish stakeholders in a panel discussion on the role of open science practices in maximizing the impact of EU funding, and strengthening the principles of the European Research Area (ERA), which aims to create a single, borderless market for research, innovation, and technology across the EU.
