Interested in public access to the internet in libraries? Join EIFL and the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) in two activities to define the goals and priorities of the Dynamic Coalition for Public Access in Libraries (DC-PAL):

  • Completing a short survey (just five questions). The deadline for responses is 3 May 2021, and you can access the survey here
  • Participating in an agenda-setting meeting, on 22 April, from 7.00 - 7.40 UTC.  Moderators Ramune Petuchovaite of EIFL and Valensiya Dresvyannikova of IFLA will provide an overview of the work of the DC-PAL, and summarize contributions to the survey, after which there will be open discussion. The meeting takes place on Zoom. To register, please email Valensiya [valensiya.dresvyannikova@ifla.org

The DC-PAL was founded in 2011 by EIFL and IFLA to engage the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) community in discussion about the role and potential of public libraries in supporting the goal of universal access to the internet.
