Lorraine Estelle, EIFL Licensing Programme Manager, will give a presentation at the 3rd Open Access Specialist Workshop of China on the practices and experiences of the  EIFL Licensing Programme in negotiating open access agreements with publishers.

The audience will be librarians from the main universities and research institutes engaged in open access and open science. The workshop is organized by the National Science and Technology Library and the National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
