EIFL is delighted to announce the winners of the eighth EIFL Innovation Award, for public library services supporting literacy in the community.

The two libraries, in Colombia and Ukraine, use a variety of digital technology and fun activities to provide lively literacy, numeracy and other classes to children and adults of all ages.

Congratulations to –
