EIFL in Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan became an EIFL project country in 2011, when we supported East Kazakhstan Oblast ‘Pushkin’ Library, located in Ust-Kamenogorsk, to address youth unemployment issues by introducing an innovative library service for youth in the community.
