DONATE TO EIFL
Season's greetings! In our final newsletter of 2023 we welcome a new cohort of open science trainers to our network. Public libraries in Uganda are continuing to win recognition and further donations of digital equipment for energetic ICT training in their communities. We take pleasure in announcing a new project to strengthen quality, sustainable diamond open access publishing services in Africa, and we are delighted to report on the latest achievements at WIPO. And we have renewed two agreements with publishers that will benefit many thousands of scholars in our partner countries. We hope you enjoy the issue, and wish you well for the New Year.
